Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.5 (CIENCO 5) leases its head office at 77 Nguyen Du, Danang City.

1. Location for lease: Floor 6, 7 and 8 (300 square meters/each floor)
Price: 11 USD/square meter/month (including VAT)

2. Equipment of the building
- Completed air conditioner system
- 4 elevators, completed fire warning and fighting system, standy electric generator with a capacity of 230 KVA.
- Common area (WC) outside working offices will be not included in the leased area.

3. Communication system: Lessee will sign a contract with Danang Post Office.

4. Electricity charge: is paid according to a current price of the Danang Electricity Company

5. Agreement on office repair and improvement:
- Lessee has to submit design drawing to CIENCO 5 in advance if he/she plan to carry out interior decoration.
- All fees of the interior decoration will be paid by the lessee
- The period of improvement is from a date of office delivery to a date of completion, not exceeding 30 days. This period is not included in the leasing period. The leasing period is from the date of decoration completion.

6. Payment:
- The lessee has to pay 6 month leasing fees to CIENCO 5 after the contract is signed.
- The next payment is carried out on quarterly basis and in the first ten days of each quarter.
