» Name of project and location: HCM Road Project, Nghi Son – Bai Tranh section

This is important route connecting to northwest provinces with Nghi Son Port. It is the first work to be construted after Parliamentary approved to the Resolution as policy construction of HCM road.
The route connection of Nghi Son port to Road HCM with total length is 54.5km, it was constructed in accordance with the Class 3 road standard. There are 7 medium bridges and two large bridges (National Highway No.1A flyover and railroad).
The project is constructed by Government bond capital with total investment more than VND 292 billion. The project is constructed by CIENCO5 and Thanh Hoa Construction Joint Venture Companies.
To planning, the route is constructed from 22 to 24 months. After enter used, the route connection of Nghi Son port to Road HCM shall contribute to develop investment effect of HCM road, especial to create the condition for sociaeconimic development of the northwest provinces as well as western district in Thanh Hoa provinve.
