1970s Construction Unit No.67 did the Work as safe guaranty for transportation on Truong Son range. Till 1975, it was remained as “Construction Combined Enterprise No.3”, carrying out its new duty for the country recovery after more than 20 year of war. Some of its typical works are: Improvement  and Construction of National Highway No.1a, No.9, No.19, No.24…, construction of  Bridges, Road, Railway Station, Airports in the Central Region Vietnam, construction of some irrigation & Civil Works in the Soundthern of VietNam.

1980s The Enterprise kept on rehabilitating & constructing all the traffic arteries in Central Region and Central Highland, it also began rehabilitating and constructing bridge and Seaport works. To 1983, it was once renamed as “Combine Enterprises of Road Management and Construction No.5”

1990s In 1992, to meet new demands, it was called as “Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.5” based on gathering Bridge companies of Road Construction Matainance Combined enterprise No.5. In early 1990s, the Growth Rate of the Corporation has archived an increase of 30% to 40%. In 1995, the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Transportation made a decision No.90/CP on the re-establishment of the “Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.5”.
