On 07 May 2001, CIENCO 5 signed a contract No. 09/HDKT-BQL with the Management Board of 5 crossways-Cat Bi Airport Urban Infrastructure Investment and Development project. This contract valued 186,671,000,000 VND (on the basis of BT and defer payment within 10 years).
The main route is completed on 16 May 2004 and CIENCO 5 signed a contract with the Management Board to complete maintenance work.
